Manuel holds a Masters’ degree in Economic and Business Sciences (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), Master Fiscal Tributario (I.E), Law (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos), Auditor Censor de Cuentas, ROAC.

He has extensive experience of more than 30 years in business management, is CEO of Gimenos Auditores, SLP, CEO at Gimeno Consultores y Financieros, auditor expert in Prevention of Money Laundering and financing of terrorism as a specialist in the reporting of External Expert and Follow-up Reports PBC/FT.

His track record and extensive knowledge in the field of merchant and tax, corporate law, the Securities Markets, participating in important mergers, acquisitions and other corporate restructuring operations and restructuring processes of groups, at local and international levels gives A7 a high level support in all related sectors. He provides our Firm and our clients with a strategic vision, clearly oriented towards efficient management and linked to the final Profit Account.

Manuel is fluent in English and Spanish.

D. Mark A. Wendel

COO and Co-Founder

Mark studied economy at the university of Dublin.

For more than 25 years he was Chairman and CEO of various companies in South East Asia, China (Hong Kong and Shanghai), Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Since 2009 he moved his activities to Spain. Due to his large network in Spain, he is acting in development, construction, purchase and sale of commercial properties.

He managed and executed a wide range of investment solutions for our clients and worked on strategic deals for the major international clients of the firm. Through his wide network of partners, investors and clients, he has become a well-known individual with an extraordinary entrepreneurial mindset. Growth and client satisfaction are two of the most important factors in his career. He knows the local markets and offers the best service possible to his clients. Even in a time when Spain has been facing major challenges, he has delivered outstanding results and value-added solutions to his clients. Nothing is more important to his work than the success of his clients.

D. Pedro Delgado Martos

Pedro has an extensive experience of more than 20 years as CEO of a leading Corporate Finance, Legal and HR Consultancy company, managing more than 20’000 workers worldwide, in accordance with the strategies established by its clients.

Previous to that he was Director of Strategic Marketing & Sales for one of the world’s leading companies in the logistic sector. His broad knowledge of business management enabled him to establish effective procedures for the strategic process of the organisation.

Pedro is responsible for the administration of the group, coordinating all internal processes and our strategic partners.

Pedro speaks fluent Spanish and English.

D. Mohammed Berouayel

Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences from the University of Rabat.

He has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the management, structuring and management of real estate funds, occupying positions of responsibility in both Corporate Banking and Institutional Investment Financing. He still is shareholder and board member of AREIS (African Real Estate Investment Solution).

His track record and extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market, local and international, gives A7 Management a strategic position in the African and Middle East market (MENA), structuring projects in relation to international capital funds.

Mohammed is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
